Attempt the Royal Statistical Society Christmas quiz

For the past 21 years, the newsletter of Royal Statistical Society has published a fiendish Christmas quiz for its members.

To efficiently tackle the quiz you’ll need to have a mixture of general knowledge, logic and lateral thinking. No specialist mathematical expertise is essential. Are you up to the activity?

The 2014 edition of this yearly challenge appears beneath for information blog readers. A year’s subscription to Significance magazine is on supply to the reader submitting the highest scoring entry ahead of the competitors closes.
