School Application Day Encourages Indiana Seniors to Apply

Large colleges across Indiana are taking portion in College Application Day to aid students who might not have otherwise applied to college do so with ease.

The day is meant to remind large school college students of the importance of attaining a greater schooling degree while helping them navigate the application procedure, which at occasions can be daunting and confusing.  The aim of the day is to increase the amount of low-revenue and first generation college students who are applying to and attending university or move into one more form of post-secondary training.

Colleges are allowed to designate any day that fits into their routine as University Application Day.  The program would like to help students greater realize the school admissions method, whilst also ensuring that they apply to at least one greater education institution.  Because the day happens during college hours, experts on hand can concentrate on people college students who might not have otherwise applied to university.

Some schools, like Indiana State University, are waiving the application charge for students who apply during College Application Day.
