With Workplace Combine Device, Microsoft and edX Collaborate

Microsoft has uncovered a partnership with edX that will supply a new device to help in the creation of cost-free online courses.

Designed by Harvard and MIT, the nonprofit online edX delivers totally free on-line courses from some of the world’s biggest educational institutions.  Content is delivered to consumers by way of video clips, with many of the lecturers using PowerPoint.  Microsoft is hopeful that their new free PowerPoint add-on, Workplace Combine, will assist to make the knowledge that much far better.
